It seems like there are other explanations for this behavior. We'll all get the patch and see what the real issue is.

it works perfectly.
the only reason it does that is because the servers running NAW aren't patched yet.

You can install 1.22.
The battle server is updated and 1.22 seems to be working without a problem with 3.8.

3.9 will be released in the next couple of days for you guys anyway.

I hear that Andy. The more EA messes with BF2 the worst it plays. Thank goodness for N@W Mod when all the BF2 nuts get a real life and start playing our Mod EA will wake up maybe (but I have my doubts) fix the game were it plays good and quite listening to the belly achers.
