Newbie needs Help

hi im just wondering what i have to download to have it all set up like i kno i have to d/l 3.9
 but what do i do to get all the maps that are played and stuff?? and anything else that might be needed.

you need the 3.9 standalone, mappacks 1, 2 + 3.
