need abit of assistance....

1st of all - HI all i'm ImpuLse lol

2nd -  i dunno why but when i 1st install BF2 (fresh install no updates yet) i can play the gamewith everything on full settings no worries but as soon as i install the updates i gotta have everything on low settings to get a decent game... i'm pretty sure my comp can handle the game on high look..

Intel celeron 2.7ghz
1gb of ram
nvidia Geforce 6600

now can that play the game on full settings or even medium cuz i get that much lag on both settings it's unbearable i'm am really close to snapping my bf2 dvd disk lol

so if any1 can help me then please do i really wanna get the most outta this game

Hi m8.......Your system specs are similar to mine.....i Have 3ghz processor with 1.5gb ram and a geforce 6600GT and i can tell you now that i cant run the game on high nor really at medium level..You are going to have to mess with your video settings to get the optimum performance out of your system.This is a pig of a game requiring one helluva system to run it at its best.

Im afraid i cant help you there.it may be worth telling the community at large about this because if its true then EA have screwed something up in the patches

i got onto EA about it and after about 4 reply's from them about sumat completely diffrent (sayin it may be my connection and stuff) they just cut it off so that now when i click on the link it says page cannot be displayed...

but yea they screwed up sum were lol
