hey dudes sup listen i bought a ww1 ww2 eras sword it has serail numbers on sleve and sword guy said it was a rare find when i went and had it looked at but he said he ddnt know here it came from but his guess was china of japan if yall have any links i can look stuff for up at PLEASE post them

it may not actually be japanease if it dates back to the first world war then it could be any of the countries involved in the conflict (British, French, German, Austro-Hungarian etc etc). If the handle is quite ornamental then most likely a dress sword (aka not actually a fighting sword). But if it is not then in the early part of WW1 it was still common place to send a cavalry charge over no mans land.
