Install ?

I have 3.8 installed and I was wondering do I need to uninstall it before installing 3.9??  As well I run two servers a ranked and a private.  We are looking at NAW to run on our private server and since I am a noob can I count on some assistance from here when I get ready to install the server side.  As well (and sorry if I am being a pain) are the weapons more realistic as in one shot one kill with the sniper rifles and other weapons??  Sorry I haven't played it but twice and that was some time ago.  The squad will being asking a lot of ?'s and I hope to have the answers.  I have looked at alot of MODS and in my opinion yours is the shiznit.

Andy I apologize for the post that appeared to have an attitude attached, that was not my inetntion.  I missed the teamspeak part.  Or maybe I just glazed over it.  Again I apologize, us Old Farts seem to miss some things from time to time.  I was in a bit of a rush as I had members asking for assistance so I was in to much of a hurry.
