Lack of playable servers!

I recently installed NAW 3.9 stand alone.  Then I installed all three map packs.  I went to play NAW and when I clicked on the multiplayer list no servers came up.  I then changed my filters to search for same mod only and it found 10 map servers??

why can i only see 10 surely I should have hundreds to choose from!?!

any help would be appreciated

there are usually around 30, but only 10 or so have patched to 1.3 (i don't know why).

when v4 comes around some of the servers will be coop, so no worries about numbers.

when 4.0 comes out there will be a lot more servers
