ya i understand the concept of averages... here is an example, the per capita income of arizona (which is 29/50) as of 2003 was $26,000 and that says $17,000... http://www.answers.com/topic/arizona-locations-by-per-capita-income

from what i understand, 100 is average IQ and to say that 32/50 states have as a mean, below average IQs seems a bit...

There is no state wide IQ testing on California that I know of, I never took one, nor have my children. I did however take one when I joined the Military, because of my test scores on the ASVAP.
