    My first time messing with the bf2 editor...its pretty cool. But anyway when i made my trees,from far away they look all "blocky" you cant see the leaves,but as i get closer they fix themselves. Whats the deal?

A SWAG is that your level of detail for your video driver is acting in an unexpected way. Have someone else look at the map with a different workstation.

as for the trees, have you setup all the objects in the objects foilder correctly??

I believe for this problem,  you need to just find another static.  Sometimes certain statics (i can't remember the file type) will look blocky and weird.
