"WinRAR" is a powerful archive manager. It can backup your data and reduce size of email attachments, decompress RAR, ZIP and other files downloaded from Internet and create new archives in RAR and ZIP file format. You may try WinRAR before buy, its trial version is available in
http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm1. Download the 4.0 Stand Alone rar uncompress to desktop a exe will apear!...double click the .exe ... the installation program will open and after a few "next" clicks the program will find your BF2 mods folder and install the mod.
2. Download the Map Packs ....If you don't have the Map Packs 1,2 or 3 thats OK....you can install Map Pack 4 and play the maps, but if you decide to download Map Packs 1-3 later, make sure you re-install map Pack 4 because it fixes certain maps in the previous Map Packs. Double click the exe .... this will find your BF2 mods/levels folder and install the map pack.
3. Install Client 4.01 patch. Note: anytime a Map Pack is installed after the patch, just re-install the patch again.
4. Use the desktop icon "Play Nations at War" to play Nations at War.
