yes i have used the search option and have been unable to find anything that helps me get the game to run ...

i downloaded the client, patch, and all map packs ... patched as the forums stated and ran the game.  i was able to get through the loading process to see the "Join Game" at the bottom of the r/hand screen.  before i could click it i CTD'd ... after four attempts I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, running everything as you have mentioned here in the forums, still have the CTD issue ...

you guys have any ideas on how to go about fixing this problem?  i have a whole clan of guys that love to play the BF2 mods and we are anxious to try yours out, the skins and everything look pretty damn good IMO.

some help here would be nice, also if you wish to post on our forums (and save me some time) i would appreciate it ... thanks guys!

are you playing singleplayer?   it will do that, as there is no SP at the moment (wait till next release for that).

otherwise, change the command line in the shortcut to say +fullscreen 0 instead of 1 and see what error message comes up.

screenshot it and post it up - maybe someone can help you then.

I had a problem with CTD everytime I tried loading a map.  The only fix I found was redownloading using Internet Explorer instead of Firefox.  I downloaded from the Internode site. It was the fastest one without signing up for something.  Worked for me... give it a try.
