I'm ready to download N@W v5!!! I daily poll the www.nawmod.com site and www.totalbf2.com in ansious waiting .... you release it!  Grin
I have downloaded many mods for BF2 (EOD,OPK,US I,Australian Forces,HardJustice,the last DESERT CONFLICT 0.1 and more) but i have found best your N@W mod!!
I hope the next release will be played online by many, many people!  Undecided

I'd give it a good month....those new sea assets need placement on appropriate maps as well as code to tell bots how to use them. I'm not sure what the entire total of new assets that NAW will end up using, but surely there's tons made since 4.01. I'm hoping OPFOR gets a finished Akula sub to complement out the 2 new naval assets for the NATO side. Also, I'd be willing to wait for things to be balanced properly.

I have an agreement in principle with the Old Bastards Clan to run the NAW 5.0 Mod on their BF2 servers when it comes out.  They want to play around with a while before they put it on one of their servers.  Perhaps this will help kick start the restart of the NAW community.  Currently, OBC is running the Desert Conflict, Eve of Destruction, Project Reality, and PoE mods.

OBC leadership was impressed with NAW 4.01 and is running it on their servers.  They are really looking forward to 5.0 even  if it has warts.... Grin
