for installing NaW 5.0 or 5.01 what files i need ?

 Hello guys i need some help.....

I want to know what files i need to install before installing NoW ver 5.0 and 5.01...
OK i have BF2 but i want to know if i need a specific patch because after i installed NoW 5.0,
i have some problems like:
-on the menu when i select for example the first weapon i get the knife and not the weapon witch is on the menu
-on the compass the map is not displayed
-on the compass the flags of the teams are the same not different

I want to know what additional patches for bf2 i need
I need the expansions Armored Fury and Euro Force?

Hi qwerial, welcome to the forums. Make sure the BF2 1.41 patch is installed before you install NAW 5.0...then patch it with the NAW 5.01(3mb)

BF2 expansion packs have nothing to do with the NAW mod.

That is the version number for BF2...

it should be 1.1.2965-797.0

you may not have the BF2 1.41 patch installed.

And for the other screens the problems.... are the cause of the missing 1.41patch?

You are going to have problems if you don't have the BF2 1.41 patch installed.  As to specifics I have personally not seen any of the things you are seeing.  Usually if the 1.41 patch is not installed the game just crashes to desktop....

what I would suggest is this:

Uninstall N@W
Install BF2 1.41 patch
Reinstall N@W 5.0
Patch to 5.01
See if you have the same problems

The patch 1.41 fix all problems.

After the installation of the Bf2 patch 1.41, i install the patch 5.01 for Naw....the game start with a huge delay but it start and work good  ....
