N@W 5.01 Al_Khafji_docks CTD

Hello friends , again i need some help...

I try to play in single player the map

Al_Khafji_docks (all 3 maps - 16 to 64)

And when the loading is almost done i got Crash To Desktop...
all 3 maps Crash To Desktop........

I have BF2 Patch 1.41
N@W 5.0 And the patch 5.01
and the NAW 5.0 MAP PACK 1

To troubleshoot, you will need to do the following:

1. make copy of your N@W Icon
2 Right Click on the copy and select properties
3. In the Shortcut Tab look for the "Target" field. in there you will see a setting +fullscreen 1 change the "1" to a "0"
4. Save the changes
5. Launch N@W with the copied Icon.  When it CTDs you should see an error.  Post that for us and we'll where to go from there.

I run N@W in window mode but after the CTD
i don't receive any error message... or message just CTD and game over
in fact the desktop of my windows

no message ... no errors

set your grafix to medium

also make sure the refresh rate in set in BF2 matches the setting in Windows....that will cause CTDs also

i set to medium and again CTD
then to lower and again CTD

How colud i make to see an error message?

The windowed mode not help me...

i will not play the 3 maps... but i'm the only one with this problem?

I played that map in Singleplayer 64-player mode for a couple of hours yesterday with no issues.

it is possible to download only the files needed for the Al_Khafji_docs all 3 versions....?
and from where?

Have you updated your video drivers in Windows recently??  Its a reach... 

Aside from that...well there's a complete reinstall of BF2 but that's huge pain in the....well you know

Extract the folder from the rar and overwrite the one you have in the naw/Levels folder (make sure you don't have a folder within a folder with the same name)

if this does'nt work for you ...you have a really screwed up system

Hello again....

A good news for me....
I fixed the problem with the ctd on Al_Khafji_docks

Solution: i just uninstall a software called Azureus.... and then everything works with Al_Khafji_docks
maps....
I don't know why because i have 2gb ram ... but now i played Al_Khafji_docks

Great to hear!!    But weird...I run that program with no issues in any other program on my machine. 

Oh well...as long as you can play this awesome mod
