Importing and exporting vehicles, helicopters and boats

Hello my well appreciated team, Just I was wondering if you can help me; how can I import, export cars, tanks, aircrafts, helicopters and boats from one map to another map, and if it is possible from one Mod to another mod? For example I would like to add more helicopters in one map different ones from different models and mods.....

You are the experts, please if I can have your help.

swapping vehicles isn't a problem
but swapping from mod to mod isn't legal.
if you come on our team speak ill explain it to you.
