I have installed map packs 1 and 2 but when I go to start the single player maps 16, 32, or 64 I crash to Desktop.  I looked at the levels files and found they are all missing the Client.zip, and server.zip files.  Has this happened to anyone else?  How do I fix it?

I'd reinstall map packs 1 and 2 first if you haven't already tried that.  I highly recommend installing all map packs including 5 as it updates some of the previous maps.... Smiley

Another aspect is that you may have gotten a bad download.  Check the sizes of the files and ensure that they were correct according to your download source (838 MB for Map Pack #1, and 868 MB for Map Pack #2)
Also, as TehDude mentioned, make sure you download all five mappacks.  There are corrections for some maps in subsequent mappacks. After you download them, make sure you install them in order, so as to not overwrite corrections from a subsequent map packs with mistakes from the original map pack.
If that doesn't seem to work, contact me and I'll work with you to get the files to you.

It was a bad dowload.  I had to download it from another site.  For some reason the west coast server for fileplanet didnt work well for those 2 downloads.  BTW, what happens if I instaled those last, wil the 5.2 patch still work?  The maps have all been working so far but I was wondering if I needed to wipe it all clean and install all 5 map packs all over again.

You really should reinstall the mappacks in order.  The mappacks contain fixes for some maps in previous mappacks.  Map Pack 5 for instance contains several fixes for ALL of the map packs.
