kicking and banning

is it fair to kick and ban for useing the nuke.
as i just found out that there are some guysfrom aces clan.that hade a go at me abot it .and when i told him to get over it
he keeped kicking me and my clan members
say that i have to be a team player

As I explained to you in the game... I kicked you for mouthing off to me... telling other players to basically piss off.  You and your clan were being rude, and not playing as a team with everyone else... if you want to play as individuals, please, feel free to play single player or such...
I have no problem with you or your clan, I do have a problem when you don't play nice, play hard, or even listen to others.  I warned you multiple times to cut the crap, you mouthed off to me... I warned your clanmate to cut the crap, he mouthed off to me.  I'm very nice about it, I let you know I who I was, I warned you, you continued and I warned you again, you continued and I kicked you, you came back, you mouthed off to me and others, I kicked you again.

Using the nuke is usually not a reason to be kicked as we use it all the time and friendly fire is off.
If requests to nuke certain locations or assist went unheeded it could be seen as unfriendly or not team play. It sounds like WOOT warned you and I know him and he is not a petty person who would react by kicking without cause.
