Most of the servers are still red? ...then that means there are some that are not? ...which would mean the ones in red are still NAW 5.1.

Yes you are correct some are not red, But Before my hard drive crashed I was able to play on all the maps. My buddy plays on the servers and has 5.2 so I assume it has to be something im doing wrong, which is a good assumption. Now for the nooob question of the day. If I downloaded 5.2 do I still need to download a patch and if so do you download the patch before the maps packs or after? It seems I can get packs 1 and 2 but then 3-5 dont show up on my desktop but show under add and remove files. I guess I will try to uninstall 3-5 and try again.

If you downloaded the full install of NAW 5.2 you do not need the 5.2 patch (that's only for people that have the old 5.0-5.1 installation). The map pack installations should appear in your start menu>programs>Nations at War folder ...and..add/remove programs. Map Pack 5 patches all previous map packs, so every time you install a new map pack you need to install map pack 5 again....or install map pack 1-4 then install map pack 5 to patch them all at once.
