Ranked servers not showing?

I downloaded everything overnight and installed everything in the morning. Everything seemed it went all right. I did the patch at the end and it said I already had the right version. I go to the server list and I put the game mode to ALL and have the SAME MOD and SAME VERSION ONLY clicked. Then I go to refresh and only 18 servers show. (Not ranked). The problem im having is that no ranked servers are showing. I had a friend download it the sameway I did and he had no problem with it. I hope someone can help me with this because I dont know what else to do.

I'm not sure how I can help you with this...you seem to have done everything right. The server browser in BF2 is a pig. You sometimes have to keep hitting refresh. It's very temperamental for me when I use it.

Anyone else have any ideas?

Ranked servers are not going to have a ranked notification next to them, that is a fault of BF2.  You can find a list of all the servers ranked through gamestats.ws here. http://gamestats.ws/index.aspx Just click on ranked servers on the left hand side.
