Crashing?

Been having this issue alot recently...

I'll join a server and can play for a couple of minutes, but then my sytem crashes to desktop.  I am then unable to rejoin that server without crashing immediatly after it loads.  I can then join a different server and have ZERO issues.  Ideas?

I crash to desktop at the end of nearly every round. Sometimes as it has just loaded and other times half way through a round. I've got used to it and now am surprised if it doesn't crash.

Gives me time to top up my drink while I log back in.

I first thought it might have something to do with the BF2 G15 applet as that locks up after it happens.

Still unsure of any particular reason for it.

Are the servers that work for you ranked servers?

And have you tried re-installing the mod?

I'm unsure if they are ranked or not...i'll pay attention next time.

I can try the re-install as well.

My crashes are caused by my computer. I use a 30inch screen with 2560x1600 res. My system does get upset with this sometimes.

It doesn't matter whether they are ranked or not.

It may be a punkbuster thing.

I played a 45 minute round while testing my new server today and it dropped me out about 6 minutes from the end of the round. I logged back in and it finished okay and reloaded the next map with no troubles. 

I've just accepted it as part of the game.
