hello i would like to know if there is any issues with VISTA with this mod i know there is a bug where it Bans you from server for no reason but anything else? Grin

There are no problems with Vista. All of the Mod devs run Vista 64bit ...if it runs on that it will run on any other version of Vista. I would suggest you have Service Pack 1 installed because that fixes some memory limitations for games as well as speeding up Vista in general.
