Weapons Unlock Issue

Ok. Me and my freinds play BF2 in a LAN environment. NAW looks great, and we've liked it when we've playtested it, but since we don't play online, we don't have ranked stats. Is there anyway (and don't tell me use a ranked character) to unlock all the weapons to provide a greater choice to my LAN crew?

Not that i know off.
only ranked servers will give ranks badges and unlocks.
ranking your server is free and your best bet.

Is there a way to run a ranked server locally? For some reason, I was under the impression that couldn't be done.
