Mi 24 hind from special forces

Can you add to future world in crisis mod Hind like in special forces?And make it same as apache?

In theory, yes... but the Mi24 HIND sucks balls compared to the Apache... if I were to suggest a non-US helicopter for use by a Russian or even Chinese analog, I would suggest either the Ka-50 Blackshark or the MI-28 Havoc.
The HIND was initially developed as a transport helicopter, then like anything developed in a committee, things got added to it... a need to protect the troops before landing, hence rockets... well what about tanks, add Anti-tank missiles.... what about troops, add a gun... what about aircraft, add antiaircraft missiles.  By the time everything was added, it was underpowered, oversized, and an inefficient helicopter, unable to truly do any of its missions properly.
Don't know if you know this or not, but there's a Havoc in several maps of NAW 5.2.  It's a wonderful chopper to fly and fight from.
