I keep getting connection problems. Seems like every 20 min. or so. And about every other time it kicks me. I opened all the ports recommened by EA for BF2. Is there anything else I can do?

I get the same occasionally though not as much since 1.5 patch came out.

I play on the Official Server with a reasonably high ping of around 280 due to where I live. I put a lot of the crashes down to that and the fact that my poor graphics card is working it's arse off trying to give me a pretty image on a big screen. That is okay when it is just my computer and not the game server.

The crashes on the server side have been a problem since the server changed to where it is now. It can be annoying but so far I've just waited for a stubbie or two (couple of cans of beer)  then tried again after the server has re-set.

If the server bosses could fix it so it doesn't happen then I'll shout them all a beer if they ever visit Perth.

Cheers
