Online gaming problem, please help

Istalled the NAW client and the map packs from http://www.nawmod.com/index.php?option=com_docman&Itemid=63, said the patch is not needed. Detected no problems in single player, but when started to play multiplayer mode, shuts down and starts BF2 regular and no NAW! Can anyone help?

who said you didnt need a patch? which patch are you talking about?
try installing the NAW 5.2 then map packs 1 thru 5...make sure map pack 5 is the last one you install because it updates the other four. then try installing the BF2 1.5 patch
