CRASH - I know how to fix but where??

alright, I installed BF2 and when i opened it would just black screen and crash to desktop so i opened C:\Users\ryannathans\Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\Default\Video.con in notepad and changed this: VideoSettings.setResolution 800x600@60Hz to VideoSettings.setResolution 800x600@61Hz

and now works perfectly...

one problem... how to do with NAW? i found the file but the line is: game.setGameDisplayMode 800 600 32 0

how can i get NAW into 61HZ, where is the settings file located/how to do?
