I downloaded it yesterday from fileplanet, installed it, it crashed while loading map at 60%+.  Uninstalled it, reinstalled it, with same result.
I did notice that when I deleted my video settings and re-configured them in options, it did not try to optimize shaders, so I downloaded and installed the most recent graphics drivers, then it tried to optimize the shaders but crashed to desktop when it reached 67% on map load.

I've tried to load in multiplayer, and single player with same result.  Running out of ideas

bearing in mind im not completely awake yet
i don't see a common reason to why this is happening.
unless one of our hosts has a corrupt set of files.

so if your crashing,
try this

go into your my docs
your find a battlefield 2 directory,
you will find all your cache files delete them all.
and retry loading naw.

failing that i can give you a direct link to a set of files
i personally used to install the mod.
you can try to download those and try again.
im not willing to publicly link these files so ppl having problems
pm me for links and be patient i don't sit in front of my computer all day and all night lol
well not since we finished naw 6.0 anyway.

I fixed it. The in game setings on texture were low so I had to set it to high. That is the problem most people are having I believe

I had changed video settings in Bf2 which still worked but N@W didn't!  I didn't relate the two until I read this post!

Reset textures to high and it fixed my problem.
Thanks for post
