Please go to the first post in the Troubleshooting section
http://www.nawmod.com/forum/index.php/topic,4071.0.html

and follow the instructions in that post. We cannot give ANYONE any mod support until they follow the correct procedure in that post.

Since you are running Win 7 64bit....Right-click your NAW shortcut...go to Properties>Compatibility and select "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" Windows XP (Service pack 2)

see how that goes.

Both of you are running sub standard "old" graphics cards for NAW...in fact both of you are using sub-standard graphic cards for vanilla BF2 (the way it's meant to be played) the fact that you can play standard BF2 has nothing to do with loading a massive mod like NAW. Young_Blacker ...running 512mb of memory is a joke nowdays. Minumun requirements for NAW is 2Gbs.

Most of the problems I see here are people with entry-level graphic cards from 6-7 years ago...or average Mobility graphics chipsets...none of these are good enough to run NAW or any new game on average settings...we have explained numerous times that NAW loads a shitload of objects and higher graphics requirements than normal BF2....why is this so?....because BF2 is an old game now...and we expect anyone who is into the MOD scene and current FPS to have upgraded their systems enough to run it with better graphics...Memory is cheap...current entry-level "gaming" graphics cards are cheap. If you don't have the money to upgrade...work for it...or steal it.
