ok so i dl-ed the 6.0 version NAW and installed it everything went well except for after it finished the icons on my desktop is just a white paper-like thing...when i try to open it the screen turns black for couple seconds like the game is about to start however after like 5 seconds it just goes back to my desktop like nothing happened... can sum1 help me out please?
btw my laptop is Windows 7 if that could be the problem?

i had that problem.....it was lack of RAM on my end.....i only had 1gig of ram

I have the same problem, though after a while the icon for NAW changed from a picture of a piece of paper to the NAW. It starts as a black screen when I double click it and then goes back to the desktop. I also have Windows 7 but plenty of ram.

What file host did you download your Map Packs from from? same as ^
What is your in-game Screen Resolution? 800x600
What is your Texture settings set at? all low

Processor: pentium dual core?
Memory: like..........120GB
Graphic Card: T4200 (i think)

BF2 1.5 Patch installed: Yes
NAW 6.0 Map Pack 1 installed: Yes
NAW 6.0 Map Pack 2 installed: Yes
NAW 6.0 Map Pack 3 installed: Yes
NAW 6.0 Map Pack 4 installed: Yes
Are you able to play regular BF2 ok? Yes
While running NAW 6.0 in Window Mode....did you get a error message? No
Did you re-install everything correctly again?: Yes
Did you re-install your graphic drivers correctly again?: ?
Description of problem: Ok, well, I have a T4200 or something like that, and I was able to play 5.2 like a breeze. but now it just turns the screen black for a few seconds before quitting back to the desktop. all my settings are on low, and I've spent an entire day trying to make this work out. any help?

Hi jollyroger1212, welcome to the forums.....NAW 6.0 uses more resources than 5.2...You don't seem to be aware of what processor, graphics chip, memory or drivers you have...so I can't be specific with any solution for you....but I'm, guessing (by the resolution you run) that your system isn't powerful enough to run the current mod.

I have the same problem change out hard drives reinstalled everything now it does not work worked on my old hard drive win7 64bit
