Server Update and changes

The NAW server 209.250.2.130 will have some changes made over the next few days. Map voting will be set to minimum of 2, possible 3 votes to change. This will hopefully avoid any map whoring and allow for a true selection of maps. TK has been been turned to a low setting to avoid nuke and mine whoring. The setting has been tested and it takes some effort to TK. No kick has been set as yet. Maps will probibly be timed to help a less desired map end. Players can still enter with only one player but not change a map without the majority vote.
