Are you able to play regular BF2 ok? Yes
While running NAW 6.0 in Window Mode....did you get a error message? Yes ... message on screenshot
Did you re-install everything correctly again?: Yes
Did you re-install your graphic drivers correctly again?: Yes

I guess it's the menu_server.zip. It's located in the EA Games/Battlefield 2/mods/naw folder. Delete it and try running again. I had the same problem while starting fist time. Also try to run as admin.
